Many people are afraid to do so, especially those setting foot in the industry for the first time, but really, there’s nothing to be scared of. Imagine the time and effort spent contacting you, coordinating the interviews, and consulting HR to extend you an offer. At this point, they really want you! Just be respectful to the recruiter. State your expectations, and try to make this a win-win for everyone.
